We received reports that some Sophos customers who use "Partner Communication Company" customers also known as "Orange Israel" were not receiving SMS MFA responses.
Affected customers are advised to use either the Email + Pin method (every customers has this option) or Google/Sophos Authenticator method (if configured) - this is covered in the following KBA: Sophos Central Admin: How to login if there is no access to Sophos/Google Authenticator or SMS
This KBA will be updated when more information becomes available.
