How to scan a group of Devices?

Hi All,

Does anyone know a easy way to scan a group of devices that miss previous scheduled-scan in Sophos Central?

For those missed scheduled-scan devices, currently doing manual scan on each individual device, it is quite time consuming task.

Currently, in Sophos Central scheduled scans, it does not have the feature to "Run task as soon as possible after a scheduled scan is missed" which means that if a machine is off during the time it should have had a scheduled scan, it will have to wait until the next scheduled scan is run assuming the machine is on. If you like to see this in future releases, you can raise a feature request here.

Now that you say that it really should run 30 minutes or 60 minutes after the next check-in if that check-in is so many hours away from the next scheduled scan.

Hi,

If a scheduled scan is missed or if a system is powered off when the scheduled time passes, a scan will not start on the system. The system will wait for the next time the scheduled time rolls around in order to begin scanning.
