Can you please check if there are any outstanding alerts for this machine on Sophos Central? If so, please acknowledge them or action them appropriately and then check after a few minutes if the alert status has cleared up and returned to green.
If there are no outstanding alerts, or the status is not getting back to normal, then it needs more troubleshooting through the remote session. I'd request to create a support case, so our support engineer can contact you and can deal with the issue on the remote.
