Is there a way to see how long a user has been on a blocked website in a report?

Under Web control policy, if the "Log Web Control events" is enabled, you will see the blocked sites along with warnings and proceeding through warnings will be logged and visible in reports. You can refer to this document for more information. It would not show the information if users intentionally searched it or it was just pop-up. You can filter the events by Web Control to see more details. (Log in to your Dashboard --> Logs & Reports ----> Events). Please refer this link for events record document.

Just for clarification, there is no way to track the duration that users are viewing a website (blocked and unblocked)?

Unfortunately, there is no feature to track the duration of the website being viewed. We only get the time stamp and the date(that is the event generated) when a user tries to access a blocked website on the central dashboard.
