Is there a way to see how long a user has been on a blocked website in a report?

Hi,

I'm currently have a look at how the reports work and was wondering if there is a way to track how long users visit a blocked website. Currently, Sophos is able to flag up any blocked websites that a user visits, but I cannot tell whether it was just a pop-up for them or if they intentionally searched it. I currently have access to Endpoint Protection, Server Protection, and Firewall Management on Sophos Central.

If there is no way to have this in a report, is there any other option that creates a similar outcome.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Hi

Under Web control policy, if the "Log Web Control events" is enabled, you will see the blocked sites along with warnings and proceeding through warnings will be logged and visible in reports. You can refer to this document for more information. It would not show the information if users intentionally searched it or it was just pop-up. You can filter the events by Web Control to see more details. (Log in to your Dashboard --> Logs & Reports ----> Events). Please refer this link for events record document.
