Sophos is aware of an issue that prevented new trials from being created successfully on September 23rd between 08:00 to 19:47 (UTC).
As of 19:47 UTC The trial/customer creation issue has been resolved. However, depending on how the Trial or Customer was created, further action may be required:
- Sophos.com trials will have the initial email sent out, and customers can continue the setup of the Central Trial as normal. No additional action is required
- Partners who attempted to create a Customer trial (Term or Flex) during this time will need to set up the customer account using the Create Account wizard one more time.
