Running "Dism /unmount-wim /mountdir:<mount-dir> /discard" on the machine with sophos installed report 0xc1420117.

After install Sophos Intercept X for server, "Dism /unmount-wim ...." report 0xc1420117. I have tried many times, before install sophos, it works without problem, after install sophos, this error report. Also I didn't see any process is working on the folder that still exist in the <mount-dir> with resmon.

Does sophos works compatible with Dism.exe?

My platform is windows 2019 standard server.

    Hi  

    The error which you are getting because of the Intercept X needs more troubleshooting. It needs many logs from the machine in order to troubleshoot the issue and find out the exact component which is causing the issue. I'd request you to open a support case for the issue for in-depth troubleshooting.
