Where is alsvc.exe

Alsvc.exe is the AutoUpdate service, run as 'System User' which can be found under below location.

For 32-bit - C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\ALsvc.exe

For 64-bit - C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Alsvc.exe

ALSvc.exe runs a scheduler that triggers scheduled updates. If you open Task Manager, then open explorer to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\AutoUpdate", then run ALsvc.exe, you should see that each time you run it under the details tab.
