Is there any way to change the subject in alert emails? We'd like to automatically generate tickets from high priority alert mails and to do that, we need to have a costumer ID in the subject line.
So instead of
"[HIGH] Alert for Sophos Central [Costumer XY]: You must clean up a threat manually"
it should say something like
"[HIGH] [Costumer ID]: You must clean up a threat manually"
