Can I disable/reduce the notification banners that show up _every_ login?

Question

Is there a way to acknowledge the banners that appear at the top of the screen after a Central login?
It's purely a seat-of-the-pants thing, but it annoys everyone on our team that logs in and has to dismiss the same messages over and over and over and over and over and... you get it..

I understand that these could be an annoyance, but these banners/notifications cannot be disabled currently in Central.
