Hi Community,
From July 27th, an issue has been identified where customers with large amounts of Devices within a group (~1500+) are unable to edit a Computer Group. Additionally, customers with a large amount of Computers are unable to edit devices within the 'Manage Endpoint Software' section.
- Customers who try to edit a Device Group that contains a lot of devices, are currently not see a list of 'Available' or 'Assigned' devices to choose from within the 'Edit Computer Group' modal
- Customer with a lot of Devices (~1500+) are also currently unable to see the list of 'Eligible' or 'Assigned' computers to choose from within the 'Manage Endpoint Software' modal
Groups with fewer devices will not have any problems with devices showing.
