Hello all,
iam currently struggling to Whitelist an exploit in Skype for Business.
We use a third-party tool to instantly jump from Skype for Business to SAP to see the customer.
Sometimes Skype for Business crashed and we get an threat case that Sophos detected a Lockdown or DEP in Skype for Business.
Please note that the crash doesent happend on everybodys computer and not everytime. Just some user have this issue but we can't find any recognize connections like "Windows Version other office versions etc" (all the same). So I need to whitelist it.
What I already tried:
I made a Global Exclusion "Exploit Mitgation" Selected Skype for Business and disabled "Lockdown New File","LockdownAutorun" & "Data Execution Prevention".
Also I tried whitelist the detected exploit.
What can I do next ? Or Iam doing something wrong because it seems all these settings didn't work.
