Delivered Successfully status emails do not appear in the log for 2 hours.

Deleted, quarantined and others appear in the log almost immediately. Successfully Delivered status emails don't show in the logs for almost 2 hours even though the email is delivered. Is there a better way to sync our logs?

It sounds like you a referring to Phish Threat? You may want to post this in there if that is the case, I do not think there is anything wrong, just not as high a priority.

Actually I'm talking about the logs in my Sophos central not processing my email logs properly. Emails that have been delivered to my mail server do show as being processed for over 2 hours. That's not a phishing issue.

No that sounds more like a sync issue with your email. I thought you meant the read report you get when you start a campaign and send out emails in phish threat. My bad.
