Hi,

What is the difference between whitelist and trusted list ,

Can someone give with examples .

If adobe reader is whitelisted and adobe app can run , so what is about the trusted list ?

Can you please confirm which Sophos product are you using? AFAIK, there is no trusted list apps list for Intercept X, but there is one for Sophos Safeguard. Hence, I would request you to confirm the product you are inquiring about.
