Hi,
Alerts in the dashboard for Endpoint and Server protection are not appearing under the general 'Alerts' section.
We are also not being emailed any alerts for this events either. This means we could miss virus detections.
Our alerting is set by priority, with high and medium set to 'immediately'. I see alerts for machines that need rebooting, or mobile devices that have not touched base for a while, but we don't see antivirus alerts.
Is it the case that these are not classified as 'Alerts' as Sophos has dealt with them, so no action is needed?
We want to know when Sophos has potentially detected a virus, regardless.
We are the settings for this?
