[Sophos Notification]: MCS Communication issues for customers in region eu-west-1.

Hi everyone,

Since around 07:30 UTC endpoints/servers in region eu-west-1 will fail to connect to Central with error 503. This will be seen if using the Endpoint Self Help tool or analyzing the MCSClient.log. For more information, kindly visit the following link:

Will this result in to missing customers in central? All our customers has vanished..

Update- 7th June 2019

This affects Central Partner Dashboard and Enterprise Dashboard and those dashboards will not display their customers or sub-estates. They have not been removed. They are currently not showing and logging in directly will still work. For more information, please visit:

Yes, it will result in the customers not showing up on Sophos Central and Enterprise Dashboard.
