[Sophos Notification] Sophos Central Partner Dashboard: Global Policy unable to be saved with error - "Our servers are having problems. Please try again later"

Hi Community,

This article describes a known issue when the error "Our servers are having problems. Please try again later" is seen in the bottom right corner after trying to save a Global Policy within Partner Dashboard.

This error is seen when a customer that had been added to a Global Policy, has been removed on the backend by request to Sophos Sales.

This article describes the steps to work around this issue in the event it is experienced
