Hi, I have one client PC showing "The security health cannot be reported at the moment" status in sophos central, I tried to uninstall and reinstall sophos but the PC status in sophos central never change. Any solution for this? I check the sophos service on PC are all started and running.

  • Can you confirm the the "Sophos Health Service" service ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Health\SophosHealth.exe") is running.

Could you attach a copy of the latest log file for that component? E.g.
    "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Health\Logs\Health.log"

You could maybe check with Process Monitor that the SophosHealth.exe process is able to update values under:
    "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Sophos\Health\Status"

    Does the following key exist:
    "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Sophos\Remote Management System\ManagementAgent\Adapters\SHS"

Does it have a value under it called "DLLPath", which points to the DLL of Health, E.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Health\ShsAdapter.dll"?
