Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central

Hello,

 

I'm seeing loads of Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central starting this weekend.

One active and one passive is registred.

    Hello,

     

    I received the following from Sophos Support about this issue yesterday.

     

    Sophos is investigating reports of some Central customers receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts on their dashboard. This issue is marked as BUG with the ID 2046 and our team is investigating on this.

    "Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central for the past (x) minutes"

    Please refer the link below for more information on “Advisory: Sophos Central - Some customers are receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts”  https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/134073 We shall update you as soon as we have further information in this regards from our concerned team.
