every time i need to enter recovery key to login window

Hi,

 

We are using Sophos central disk encryption on Lenovo v510 laptop, and after rebooting window i need to fill recovery key for login window. bit locker do not accept my password it accept only numerical. 

What to do for this problem.

    Just went through this.

    Long & Safe method: 

    1.Remove Device/User from Sophos Encryption Policy

    2.Decrypt Drive

    3.Clear TPM Keys from tpm.msc / Reboot

    4.Add Device back to Policy

    5.Turn on Bitlocker on Drive > Choose to setup new PIN or Password, or automatically login to Windows

     

    This should fix it
