every time i need to enter recovery key to login window

Hi,

 

We are using Sophos central disk encryption on Lenovo v510 laptop, and after rebooting window i need to fill recovery key for login window. bit locker do not accept my password it accept only numerical. 

What to do for this problem.

    These are the common reasons for BitLocker requesting a recovery key at startup are:

    • User forgets the TPM PIN (when PIN + PIN authentication is enabled).
    • Moving the BitLocker-protected drive into a new computer.
    • Turning off, disabling, or clearing the TPM.
    • Updating the BIOS.
    • Updating critical early boot components that cause system integrity validation to fail (TPM).
    • Updating option ROM.
    • Installing a new motherboard with a new TPM.

    Can you please confirm if any of the above reasons explain why a recovery key is being requested?
