[Sophos Notification] Resolved - Advisory: Sophos Central - Customers are unable to clear or mark as acknowledged firewall alerts

Hi Everyone,

[Update] This issue has been resolved as of May 4th.

There is currently an issue where some customers are unable to clear or mark as acknowledged alerts specifically Firewall related alerts.When selecting an alert and then to "Mark as Acknowledged" as in the screenshot below, nothing happens and there is no error the alert is simply still there.

Also, this is regardless of whether the alerts are "grouped" or "Un-Grouped".
