[Latest KB's] Central Admin - Why is there a continuous spinning wheel after trying to upload a large amount of users via a CSV file?

This article explains the issue of a spinning wheel (indefinite) while uploading a large number of users via CSV file. This is due to the upload timing out out after 5 minutes. The workaround is to break up the CSV file into smaller groups of users to allow the upload to complete in less than 5 minutes.

While there is no limit given to the number of users that can be attempted to upload (outside of the 2MB file size limitation). It is recommended to upload in batches of 1000 users at a time. It is possible to upload more at once, though depending on the time of day (peak business hours) you may experience a timeout like the image below.

This is currently expected behavior, however the overall experience (not being alerted to a failure) will be improved upon in a future update to Sophos Central.
