FIREWALLS ARE NOT SHOWING IN THE DASHBOARD

I HAVE ADDED 3 FIREWALLS IN SOPHOS CENTRAL BUT NOW WHEN I AM CLICKING ON DASHBOARD THE ERROR IS APPEARING.

  • I have the exact same issue, I am a bit reluctant though to delete the XG Firewall from Sophos Central and add it again as I'm not sure if the statistics will be preserved. Did you by any chance try to delete and add it to Sophos Central again?

    I do suspect however it has something to do with https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/133953

    Perhaps someone from Sophos Support can shed some light on this? 

  • That article has to do with "Error 403".  You are getting another, different error.

    There is a bug logged with development as I am awaiting to hear back from them on it.  The Sophos tech was nice enough to provide me a bug number:  NR-1750.

    I guess you could log a case with support and reference this bug ID to get them to fix it faster.
