Clients using wrong update cache (Not updated since last year)

Hello everyone,

I'm having a issue where a group of machines haven't successfully updated Sophos Endpoint since around halfway through last year but then some clients are able to without a problem in the same domain.  What I've found is that the clients which aren't updating are trying to use the wrong update cache which they can't reach.

I've confirmed that ports 8190 and 8191 are open between the update cache and the endpoints having the issue.  I've manually added the servers to the correct update cache via Sophos central and have uninstalled the update cache/message relay from the server that the clients can't reach to avoid confusion.  This didn't show any devices using the update cache in Sophos central which is why I have removed it.

If I look at the update logs I can still see it looking for the old update cache server.

Any suggestions please?
