Trying to create a exception for specific exe from Firefox servers

I use Ninite to download updates to all 3rd party programs every night, it keeps failing on Firefox and I have tracked it down to being blocked by Sophos.  When I look at the firewall logs I can tell the server is trying to download "http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/66.0/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2066.0.exe".  When I paste that into a browser I get this prompt below.  I am trying to create a rule/exception that will allow exe downloads from Mozilla without a prompt but keep other exe downloads as is.

Thank you for any help you can provide!
