[Update - 3/29/2019] Sophos has identified the cause and this issue is scheduled to be fixed in the next upcoming Central release, currently scheduled for April 13th.
Sophos is investigating reports of Enterprise Dashboard Admins unable to view Logs and Reports when launching into a Sub-Estate. This article has been published to provide a workaround and will also be updated when more information becomes available.
