central Endpoint and Translater deepl.com

Hello @all,

we have problem to access the translater https://www.deepl.com. The Site it selfs can be access but after input some text to translate we get the information the there is a problem with the internet connection: "Es scheint ein Problem mit der Internetverbindung zu geben. Die Funktionalität des DeepL Übersetzers könnte eingeschränkt sein."

When we disable on PC the Sophos Endpoint the Web Protection, the Site fully working.

To get acces to the Site we have the documentation: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121797#How%20to%20exempt%20a%20website "How to exempt a website"

How can we solve the problem?

I see that the reported web URL is categorized under "Proxies & Translators", thus accessing it shouldn't be an issue (Unless you have blocked the category or URL).

I tried the site with some sample translation and it worked fine. May I know if you get any log entries for the site/Content being blocked by Sophos? Also, May I know if you can reproduce the issue?

Thanks for the update and the details. Can you please check if you have any web control restrictions that you have placed for the users?

You can enable the Sophos central remote assistance and PM the license number and I can take a look into it.
