This does not include a firewall but Windows firewall is better than it was (I'm assuming you're on a Windows PC). 

If this is for a business, Sophos Central Endpoint Protection includes control of the Windows Firewall; https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/125978

Sophos XG Firewall Home is a traditional gateway appliance that can be run as a virtual machine and requires a dedicated machine (or VM); https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-xg-firewall-home-edition.aspx

Q1: Is Sophos Central Endpoint Protection, good for home users as well or is it only for businesses?

Q2: Is Sophos Central Endpoint Protection a antivirus and firewall in one app/program?

Q3: If the above is for home users as well, how much does it cost?

We implemented another Product called Sophos Home.

It uses the same techniques like Central but build for home user.
