Installation don't work - download problem

Hello,

I can not install End Point anymore. When downloading it tells me "download impossible".

Has someone already had this problem?
I use Sophos Central

Can you provide us with some more details on this? May I know Which Sophos product you are trying to install and the Client/Server Operating system in which you are trying to install? Is there any logs or error that you get?
