[Update] 21:45 GMT - Incident is resolved. All previous SMS attempts that were cached have been sent, and new attempts are now back to normal
Beginning around 12:00 UTC March 13, we observed sporadic failures for SMS message delivery (deliveries being cached) to customers in the North American region. It is not specific to one or more carriers and has only been experienced in North America.
