Hi,
Currently we are getting mails if Sophos detects a PUA or malware but no mails post clearance of the same. Does this need to be activated or such mails do not exist as a feature.
Sophos Central sends emails when there are any alerts. It does not send an email when PUA or malware is cleaned up. If you wish to see this feature in the future releases of Sophos Central, please submit a feature request.
