What is the stance on running endpoint (Sophos Central Endpoint specifically and in particular) in a Citrix/Terminal Services environment ?
Other vendors have a 'tweaking' guide that better suits their agent in these environments.
I.e. Toast notifications/bubble notifications on quarantining/filtering events would appear for all users in the Citrix environment.. though only one might trigger it. So typically, you would stop toast/bubble notifications.. or even hide the agent altogether..
Can the community advise on best practices as per above ?
Or prior Community threads written on such things (I've tried and came up dry in searching) ?
