Sophos Heartbeat 52.5.76.173:8347

Hi all,

yesterday I connected an XG firewall to Sophos Central Admin.

After that all clients connected to the Sophos Central start to communicate with host 52.5.76.173 on port 834, why?

The process responsible for this traffic is SophosNtpService.exe

I didn't find any documentation about this IP and specific port...is there a FQDN for 52.5.76.173?

Is this process documented somewhere?

Ok, I found the reason. It's the heartbeat mechanism of the Synchronized Security.
