Hello Sophos Central Group,
Has anyone been successful at creating a quiet endpoint install batch file? I have created a file per the Sophos article (https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/120611) with on luck.

The article which you have mentioned definitely helps in performing a quiet install and you are going in the right direction. Where exactly is this failing? Any error messages received?

Please try using an absolute path. The path you are using is a UNC path. More on different types of paths here: Absolute Paths & UNC Paths.
