Is sophos Anti-virus compatibility issue in Windows 10 1709, 1803, 1809 in Windows Security?

There doesn't seem to be any compatibility issue with Windows 10. In fact, it does show that Sophos Anti-Virus is turned on. As for the other details, it asks you to open the application. If you face any difficulties in viewing any details as mentioned above, please post it here.
