How to use different strategy on a same pc ?

Thanks for the question. Policies are user based so if your Admin user has a policy set which allows the blocked websites, when you login to the machine you will be able to access them. Same applies to any machine you log on to, the policy will follow you.

And we must keep in our mind, it need a certain time to see activated strategy after login.
