How can I improve system speed after instalation?

Hello, is there any way I can avoid the high consume percentage of CPU resources after a sophos configuration change? 
 
 I'd love to find information regarding how could I improve my sistem performance on a Windows Server 2016. Excuse my english, i'm not native.

 Please check the suggestion in the below KBA and let me know if that helps. If you still face high CPU usage after checking the suggestions in the KBA, please collect the following details and contact our support . 
 
 Description of the user experience including the steps leading to the performance issue. 
 When the performance issue has occurred/started. 
 How often the issue happens. 
 How long the issue occurs. 
 Process monitor log - capture a short of time (no more than a minute) when the performance drops. 
 SDU log
