you mean an option to access a device from the Central Admin console or some other means in addition to the on-board facilities Windows provides (like RDP)? If so, then no.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I was wondering aside from the on-board facilities such as RDP and SSH is there anything from within SophosCentral from which I could connect (file sharing or connection) to a device.

We have added the feature to run the SDU tool on the client machine from the Central console. However, for remote access of the client, I would request you to vote for the existing feature request - remote connection to an endpoint from central admin.
