[Sophos Notification] Sophos Cloud Migration Tool v1.0.x fails to connect to Sophos Central

Hi Everyone,

When launching the Sophos Cloud Migration Tool and entering your Sophos Central credentials the connection fails with the following error:

  • Login failed because the account features data download failed

The CloudMigration.log will contain the following entries:

  • WARN HttpHelper.LogExceptionAndGetStatus Cloud to SEC feature mapping request failed with HTTP status: Forbidden ()
  • ERROR MigrationCoordinator.UpdateAvailableCloudFeatures Failed to update available cloud features list. Endpoint migration ability may not be accurate or up-to-date.
