Sophos will not install

I am unable to get Sophos to install on one of our workstations, as it has a lot of bespoke software I really want to avoid rebuilding it.

in the Sophos Network Threat Protection Install Log 20181119 142155 file I have this line

SetupSspUserAccount: LoadAccount(SophosSSPUser) failed (error 1332)

and in the SophosSystemProtectionSetup_181119_022152 I have these errors

CustomAction SetupSspUserAccountRollback returned actual error code 1603 but will be translated to success due to continue marking

I have removed everything rebooted twice and started again, each time I get stuck at this poing.

Any help would be appreciated.
