Resolving Compatibility Issues - Dtex

Hi, 
 We are trying to deploy a UBA tool called Dtex -> https://dtexsystems.com/ 
 We are finding that turning on Dtex Network Monitor component (monitors web browsing) - causes all web browsing to die on the computer, it just spins and never resolves. We are confident this is due to Intercept X. We experienced very similar issues when trying to POC the Forcepoint DLP product (before it was fixed) - so it may be a similar issue. 
 What can we do to help resolve these compatibility issues?

 I would suggest you to open a support ticket with the SDU log and Process Monitor log with the issue reproduced. I will send you some additional details via PM on collecting these logs so that it would make the entire process quicker with the support.
