No iniciado: Sophos Network Threat Protection

Buenas a todos, resulta que monitorizando el Sophos Central de un cliente, tiene como "no iniciado" el Sophos Network Threat Protection, e igual pasó en mi computadora. La única solución que pude darle (en el mío)fue iniciar el servicio en cuestión desde el administrador de tareas de Windows manualmente. ¿Cuál puede ser la causa de todo esto?.

 

Good to all, it turns out that by monitoring the Sophos Central of a client, it has as "not started" the Sophos Network Threat Protection, and the same happened on my 
computer. The only solution I could give (in mine) was to start the service in question from the Windows task manager manually. What can be the cause of all this?

  • If you restart the computer, say 5 times, how many times does it fail to start?  Every time or just occasionally? 

    Am I right in saying this is the issue?  It doesn't always start at startup?

    After restarting my computer twice, I see in the Services that, effectively, the service is stopped. On the first restart the service was lifted, on the second no.
  • Can you subscribe to the EAP and try that, it is my understanding that a change has been made to the service to improve the startup.

    To do so, log in to Central.
    Go to:
    https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/eap

    Join the EAP, move one test client to it and wait for it to update, then restart.  I would expect the new service to be fine.
