Migration Tool SC:FailedInstallation but They show up in Central without the green checkmark

Greetings,

During a migration of a big of group of computers I noticed that machines are popping up inthe Migration tool as SC:FailedInstallation but when I go to Sophos Central the achines is showing up as migrated the only thing is that is not showing the green checkmark on the left as of Healthy status.

Any information anyone can share about this will be valuable

Please have a look at this document regarding errors

Can you provide a screenshot of Central, with a computer showing the problem ?

Are you seeing any issues on the endpoint? Please follow this article to check the status.
