Server Protection - Richtlinien - WebControl - Warnhinweis erscheint nur einmalig

Hallo,

wir haben in den Server Protection Richtlinien beim WebControl einige Seiten mit Warnhinweisen versehen.

Diese werden beim ersten Aufruf der Seite auch ordentlich angezeigt. Beim nächsten Aufruf aber nicht mehr, bis der Browsercache gelöscht wird.

Besteht die Möglichkeit, dass der Warnhinweis jedes Mal wieder angezeigt wird, egal was im Cache ist und / oder dass der Warnhinweis nur für eine bestimmte Zeitspanne vom Benutzer übergangen werden kann?

    May I know if this is on Windows or Mac machines? or Any specific Browsers? 

    Can you check if the number of notifications in the Windows Notification centre keep increasing when you try accessing the same website multiple times? (Maybe the notifications get accumulated since they are multiple alerts in short interval) Ideally, there should be a notification for each attempt.

    wir setzen auf dem Gerät Windows Server 2008 R2 als Terminalserver ein.

    Browser sind IE und Firefox.

    Die Anzahl der "Richtlinien-Warnungen Fortgefahren" steigt. Sie steigt auch, wenn die Seite nicht gezeigt wird.

    Beispiel:

    Wenn man die Seite "Facebook.de" das erste Mal aufruft, dann erhält man einen Warnhinweis. Man kann dann auf "Fortfahren" klicken und bekommt die Seite angezeigt. Es steigt dann der "Richtlinien-Warnungen Fortgefahren" um eins.

    Wenn man die Seite ein zweites Mal aufruft, zum Beispiel zwei Stunden später oder zwei Tage später, dann wird der Warnhinweis nicht mehr angezeigt. Aber im Dashboard bei Sophos Central steigt der Zähler für "Richtlinien-Warnungen Fortgefahren" ebenfalls um eins.

    Daher meine Frage, ob man es einstellen kann, dass die Warnmeldung jedes Mal angezeigt wird. Dann wäre die Zahl der "Richtlinien-Warnungen Fortgefahren" auch aussagekräftig.

    Hi Karsten.

    This is certainly an excellent question, although the web control policy controls have a fair amount of dependency on browser cache AFAIK. I would suggest you to create a ticket with Sophos Support and kindly DM me the case number so that we can take it up with the logs to the development team and get an answer for the same.
