I was looking at KB 35970. Is there any other information about compatibility with DFSR?

    AFAIK there aren't any general incompatibilities or common issues.
    Are you considering Sophos or considering DFS-R? As you post in Server Protection - Central managed or the on-premise product?

    The on-premise Sophos Enterprise Console. Just setting up DFSR and going through the MS Support article: 822158.

    I see.
    We used it on 2k8, aren't using it right now. IIRC we didn't have many exclusions - if any at all, definitely not eh whole list. We normally don't define any exclusions, only if we encounter issues we set them. The few we have are mainly on/for Exchange. YMMV, DFR-S is naturally different on the current Server versions.
