Blank Self service portal

Hi There,

I am attempting to set up the self-service portal. At this point, there is nothing available when I log in (see attachment). How do I add encryption recovery service to this for my users?

Hi Adrian Mollenhorst,

Is this following you to any browser you log in to ? What type of account are you using?
Are other admin accounts able to see any options in there?
