[Sophos Notification] Sophos Central Admin: User with Helpdesk Role - Is unable to Acknowledge/Resolve Alerts or Clean PUA's within the Alerts Section.

Dear Customers,

All "Helpdesk" roles within Sophos Central Admin should be able to action the following alerts:

  • Mark as Resolved
  • Mark as Acknowledged
  • Clean PUA

As of now, this function is not possible with a "Helpdesk" role.
