Good Resource for troubleshooting RED 10 V3 base on blinking lights

Hi All,

I am new to SOPHOS RED devices.  I am hoping to find some good troubleshooting advice for RED 10 V3. 

I found a very good KB document https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126454 but I could not find any additional resource on how to troubleshoot the blinking lights described on the document.

Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.
