Sophos Central Blocked Websites

Question

How can I pull up a detailed report of blocked websites? Right now I can only see what domain but not the full url.

 Please have a look at this article regarding Web Control 
 As for your question, please see this document related to the Events Report. You can filter the events by Web Control to see more details. 
 (Log in to your Dashboard --> Logs & Reports ----> Events 
 Once there you will be able to sort by Event type) .
