Requirement to reboot

Question

How important is the requirement to reboot after initial install? Is there any plans to make this not a requirement? 
 In in AWS environment, which is all about speed, the slow install of Server Protection + Requirement to reboot is causing many headaches.

Hello LRB, 
 the basic AV doesn't need a reboot. Components that need their DLL loaded into a process (most notably Intercept X) naturally are only fully functional after a reboot.
